Responsibilities:
- Adapt to our procedures and policies to uphold customer satisfaction
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and replace HVAC units
- Respond to and complete service calls efficiently
- Interact with customers professionally, explaining system issues clearly
- Monitor HVAC systems and perform routine preventive maintenance
- Possess desire for ongoing professional development
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- EPA License and high school diploma or equivalent
Job Type: Full-time.
Hourly Compensation: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
